lead administrator- future Families
We are seeking a compassionate and organised Service Advisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for families and professionals, ensuring seamless coordination of services and fostering positive relationships throughout the client journey. Additionally, you will lead the Administration Team in the absence of the Service Manager, addressing day-to-day queries, resolving challenges, and escalating issues to senior management when appropriate.
Working Days/Hours: MONDAY-wEDNESDAY
Total Weekly Hours: 27
SALARY: £25,716 - £27,716
essential Skills & experience
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or social services setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using databases and booking systems.
Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Leadership experience or the ability to take initiative and guide a team effectively.

Administrator- services to education
This role is to support Future Steps Educational Services and be the main means of communication between contractors, therapists, and Future Steps. This role will require you to maintain excellent administration and communication between all parties, support retention of sales contracts by ensuring an excellent, responsive, and proactive customer service as well as ensuring we are meeting their needs. This may include sharing plans or updates of work completed, timetabling, proofreading, and sharing completed reports, programmes, or service delivery feedback.
Working Days/Hours: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 08:30-14:30
Total Weekly Hours: 29.5
cONTRACT: TERM TIME ONLY (39 WEEKS + 2 DAYS)
SALARY: £25,716.00 (PRO RATA)
